Midweek update - in photos

I love food!

Only had this one night, but it tastes good. Might go back to it next week a few days.

We saw about 4 of them on Sunday morning

I was so worked that I couldn't even hold myself up. Thought I'd get that one for posterity.

Trainer sessions hurt. I do 3 mins AE on the trainer followed immediately by 1/2 mile AE running. You get 2 mins easy spinning between sets, but doing 4 in a row is murder.

I prefer the beer to the protien shake...but better to do them both up! Good call! and destroy them at Fontana on Sunday!

What is casein used for? How is it different than whey?

Casein is slow-release, so it's perfect for before bed. Something in its makeup is just good for helping muscle tissue overnight while you're sleeping.

Milk is 80% casein and 20% whey, but milk has a lot lower amount of casein than powder (g per serving).

I am looking forward to the experience!
